Nam Du - Stretching to evoke potentials

From Hon Chuoi, the group has travelled 50 nautical miles to Nam Du-an archipelago southeast of the island of Phu Quoc, including 21 large and small islands belong to Kien Hai District, Tien Giang Province. Nam Du is the largest island of this archipelago , 309m height , which housed 600 radar station covers a vast territorial waters looked into the Gulf of Thailand.

Ninh Thuan: Phan Rang sand salamander - The specicalty of sunny and windy land

 Ninh Thuan is the land which is famous about the sunlight and sand; but these harsh weather conditions - excess in sunlight but insufficiency in rain, creates many dishes delicious, strange, and unique. Among them, we must mention to the special food made from the sand salamanders, the specialty which attracts a number of visitors to come again with this sunny and windy land. The main terrain type of Ninh Thuan is a lot of sand dunes go along with the beach. Previously, salamander meat just used for citizen, people usually caught it to cook soup with Chinese melon, or roast it. But now, the sand salamanders become a famous specialty and popular in many restaurants in Ninh Thuan, also in other provinces.
